Exchange Policy
- • Exchanges allowed only for sizing issues.
- • Request must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.
- • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original tags.
- • If size is unavailable, a store credit is issued (valid 6 months).
- • All exchanges are final. Items purchased via store credit cannot be exchanged again.
Returns
We do not accept returns, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Notification: Within 72 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Photos/Videos required (include unboxing video).
- Action: Retain original packaging until resolution.
- Claims without proper evidence or raised after 72 hours will be declined.

QC Check
Exchanges processed post quality inspection.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless product is damaged.
Order Cancellations
Within 24 hours only. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Sale Items
Final Sale. No returns, exchanges, or credit notes on discounted items.
International
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations accepted for international orders.
